- We try our very best to ship all our laptop inverters and parts within the same day and generally ship orders placed before 3pm US / EU time. We elect to use courier services that ship worldwide and the companies we are with are EMS, UPS, FedEx & DHL. Customers can elect to change which courier they prefer however the owner of this website has the final say on which courier is used. If for any reason, the customer does not wish to go ahead with the sale due to courier/postal selection - they can select to cancel the sale prior to dispatch. Tracking numbers are generally updated in customer accounts however for any reason this is not present within 24-48 hours or purchase, the customer can choose to e-mail sales@laptopinverter.com for updated informatoin.

- This website is protected by a Secure SSL connection which means all your personal financial data is encrypted and protected from anything fraudulent. Ally our personal information is NOT shared with any third party companies or people and is only used for the sole purpose of the related order requested on this website. If customers with to discuss orders with a representative of this website, the customer will be asked a series of questions to ensure that they are confirmed on who they said they are.
- Returns & Replacements
- LaptopInverter.com has a customer friendly return and replacement procudure which covers muliple situations outlined: All returns, replacement and warranty information must be submitted to www.globalgeeks.com.au/support
- Ordering
- All orders can be cancelled at any time for a full refund prior to dispatch and must be advised by the customer from the registered e-mail address or updated within their account. If an order cancellation request has been made after dispatch, the customer must return the item in original packaging and confition to the address we deem. Upon receiving the item and inspecting the item, the customer will be reimbursed minus 20% for a restocking fee.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment methods are outlined within the website and if for any reason, any purchase on this website can be cancelled with a full refund. We can ask specific customers to pay by certain methods.
- Pricing - Pricing can change by the minute which is deemed by the website owner. If, for any reason there is an incorrect listing in price, the owner of this website can cancel the order at any time and must provide a full refund to the customer.
Promotions - Promotional codes/items on this site can expire at any time without any notice to the customer. Any items/codes seen advertised on this site and other external websites can expire at any time without further notice. We will however try our best to be transparent with all our customers.
